Raipur South Assembly By-election: Raipur. The process of withdrawal of nominations in Raipur South Assembly by-election 2024 has ended today. On the last day, one candidate withdrew his nomination, after which now a total of 30 candidates are left in the electoral fray.
Let us tell you that a total of 46 candidates had filed nominations in this by-election. After scrutiny, nominations of 34 candidates were found valid. On Tuesday, three candidates had withdrawn their nominations, while today one more candidate withdrew his nomination. Now the process of withdrawal of nominations has been completed and only 30 candidates will remain in the electoral battle.
Voting will be held on November 13
The time for candidates to file their nomination for Raipur South by-election was 25 October 2024. Whereas candidates will be able to withdraw their nomination till 30th October. Voting for the by-election is to be held on 13 November and its results will come on 23 November.
