New employment opportunities are opening up for youth in Naya Raipur, along with better amenities.
Raipur, / The state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, is continuously striving to realize the vision of a developed Chhattisgarh, on the lines of a developed India. In this series of efforts, work is underway to create employment opportunities in the field of Information Technology in Naya Raipur Atal Nagar. The result of Chief Minister Shri Sai’s initiative is the rapid development of IT and IT-enabled services in Chhattisgarh’s Naya Raipur region. This is providing new employment opportunities for local youth. Through state government schemes and institutional initiatives, Naya Raipur is becoming a major center for employment and development for young people.
Finance Minister Shri O P Chaudhary stated that major IT companies like Square Business Services and Teleperformance have started their operations in Naya Raipur, providing employment to more than 260 youth so far.
24-year-old Satrupa, hailing from a simple middle-class family in Raipur, dreamt of becoming self-reliant and supporting her family. Satrupa’s mother, who worked in farming and household chores, is proud of her daughter. After completing her studies, Satrupa is not only self-reliant but also providing financial support to her family. Working at Square Business Services in Naya Raipur, Satrupa has diligently climbed the ladder of success. She received a promotion and salary increase in her first year, strengthening her family’s financial situation. Square Business Services in Naya Raipur has recruited 180 employees, and Teleperformance has recruited 80. Furthermore, Teleperformance plans to hire 100 more employees, and CSM Technologies has invited applications for the recruitment of 200 professionals. This signifies positive change not only for Naya Raipur but also for the youth of entire Chhattisgarh.
The state government has taken several significant steps in the process of Naya Raipur becoming an IT hub. A free bus service for IT professionals between Raipur and Naya Raipur, and housing solutions for Square Business Services employees are planned. State-of-the-art offices are being constructed in CBD Sector 21, which will provide employees with a better work environment.
With the development of the IT sector in Naya Raipur, more than 10,000 employment opportunities are expected to be generated in the coming time.
