In this action taken by VO-Sipat police station, a case has been registered against 6 accused under various sections. Two women were also among the arrested accused, out of which one accused had 55 litres, the other had 70 liters and the third had 75 liters of raw Mahua liquor. Apart from this, 85 liters of liquor was recovered from Pramod Mallya’s house, while 60 liters of raw Mahua liquor and 20 pav of country and English liquor were also found with Sarita Shikari. The police arrested all these accused and presented them in the court.
During this raid, the police destroyed 500 kg of Lahan and also seized equipment for making raw Mahua liquor. , Sipat Police has taken action against all the accused under the Excise Act.
