State Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, while addressing the festival, said that due to the guarantee of Prime Minister Shri Modi and the efforts of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, lakhs of families in the state have experienced happiness and prosperity. The government’s welfare schemes have brought about a positive change in the living standards of the weaker sections of society.
