Korba: The series of road accidents in Korba is not stopping. Accidents are happening every day and people are getting injured every day. Three heavy vehicles overturned one after the other on the Kudurmal bridge between Urga and Kaneki. There was no loss of life in the accident, but due to the spread of ash and gravel present in the vehicle on the road, a traffic jam was definitely created.
Accidents are happening continuously due to heavy vehicles running on the roads of Korba city. This kind of situation is being created due to increased speed of vehicles. Last night, three trucks overturned one after the other on the Kudurmal bridge under Urga police station. It is being told that the truck coming to Korba carrying ballast from Akaltara overturned on the bridge, due to which the ballast got scattered on the road. After the accident, the road on the bridge became narrow.
One by one the vehicles started passing through the narrow road, meanwhile two trucks loaded with ash also overturned on the spot and the ash got scattered on the road. When the villagers saw this scene in the morning, they were shocked. Due to the accident, there was a long traffic jam on the road. There was no loss of life in this accident but people had to face a lot of trouble while commuting.
The bridge on the main road was jammed till Wednesday morning due to the vehicles involved in the accident. Police reached the spot and removed the vehicles from the road, only then people took a sigh of relief and traffic could be restored on the main road.
