    Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai Congratulates Security Forces on Major Success

    Raipur, March 29, 2025/ Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai has congratulated the security forces on achieving a major success in the encounter that took place today between security forces and Naxalites in Upmapalli, under the Kerlapal police station area of Sukma district. Chief Minister Mr. Sai described this courageous action as a symbol of the bravery, strategy, and determination of the security forces. He said that our security forces are entering the dens of Naxalites and working to eradicate them from the root in the direction of ending anti-humanity Naxalism. This success is the result of the unique courage and dedication of our brave soldiers. I salute their bravery. It is noteworthy that the deaths of 17 Naxalites have been confirmed in the encounter, while 2 personnel of the District Reserve Guard (DRG) have been injured. Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai has prayed to God for the speedy recovery of the injured soldiers.

    Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that this action is part of the efforts being made under the leadership of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah towards a Naxalism-free India. He reiterated that our goal is to completely free Chhattisgarh from Naxalism by March 31, 2026. This is a decisive turning point, and we are moving rapidly in this direction. Under the able leadership of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah, Chhattisgarh will soon be completely free from the scourge of Naxalism. Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that the government is committed to peace, development, and restoration of trust in Naxal-affected areas.
