CREDA’s Role is Extremely Important in the Overall Development of Chhattisgarh in the Field of Renewable Energy – Chief Minister Shri Sai
Raipur, April 6, 2025 / Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today attended the inauguration and welcome ceremony of the newly appointed Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA), Shri Bhupendra Savanni.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Shri Savanni for his new responsibility. He said that CREDA’s role is extremely important in the overall development of Chhattisgarh in the field of renewable energy. He expressed confidence that under the leadership of Shri Savanni, clean and renewable energy will be promoted in the state and this sector will reach new heights.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the state government is committed to promoting green energy and in the coming times, this sector will become a major basis for employment, environment and economic empowerment. He also informed that the government is paying special attention to solar energy and other alternative energy sources through various schemes.
After assuming office, Shri Bhupendra Savanni expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister, all distinguished guests, and invitees, saying that he would fulfill this responsibility with full devotion, dedication, and transparency. He said that his objective is to bring Chhattisgarh into the category of leading states in the country in the field of renewable energy.
