Following an early arrival, the southwest monsoon brought heavy rainfall across several states. Now, the heavy downpours have ceased. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts generally normal weather patterns for the time being. Delhi-NCR, along with various other states, is again experiencing intense heat.

In Delhi, the capital, heat is returning after recent rains. The weather department predicts no rain in the coming days. Today’s forecast is clear, with a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 26 degrees Celsius. Temperatures could remain above 40 degrees Celsius through June 14, meaning Delhi residents will face a week of heat.

Uttar Pradesh is currently experiencing intense heat. The state is seeing strong sunshine during the day, leading to significant heat. The weather department forecasts no chance of rain until June 11. Heatwaves are likely in Bundelkhand, Vindhya, and neighboring areas from June 9-11. Eastern Uttar Pradesh might experience easterly winds from June 11, potentially bringing rain.

    **Bihar and Jharkhand Weather Outlook**

Bihar will see dry weather in most districts today. Patna’s maximum temperature will be 37 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of 27 degrees Celsius. The weather department has issued a warning for the resumption of rain from June 10. Humid heat is expected until then. Maximum and minimum temperatures could rise by up to four degrees. Ranchi, Jharkhand, and several districts may experience light rain and thunderstorms this evening.
