A SpiceJet flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru had an unusual experience when a passenger was stuck in the lavatory for the duration of the flight. The passenger was unable to open the door due to a jammed lock. The crew couldn’t fix it and passed a note through the door, asking the passenger to remain seated until the flight landed in Bengaluru. After landing, ground staff had to open the door. SpiceJet apologized and offered a refund. The event gained traction on social media, with many users finding the situation amusing and commenting on the crew’s note.
