A violent clash in Balochistan’s Barkhan district resulted in the deaths of four Baloch fighters. The confrontation, which involved a ‘state-backed’ armed group, occurred in the Koh-e-Jandar area of Rakni tehsil and continued for several hours. Residents reported the use of heavy weapons. The identified fatalities are Mustafa Noor, Samiullah, Rasaan Qadir, and Shahzaib. Their bodies were transported to a hospital in Rakni. The Pakistani government has not yet issued any official statement. Concurrent with the Barkhan incident, heavy fighting erupted in the Spilinji area of Mastung district during a military operation by Pakistani forces. There were casualties, though the exact number is unconfirmed. No Baloch armed group has claimed responsibility for the clashes in Spilinji.
