Former minister Mukesh Sahani, leading the Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP), has made a striking statement regarding reservation for the Nishad community. Sahani asserted that he would give his life if Prime Minister Narendra Modi grants the reservation. During his visit to Sitamarhi, he also addressed the state’s law and order situation, claiming that it had collapsed. He criticized the government’s policies, saying they are focused on votes through free rations. He also pointed out that Bihar should be looked after by people of Bihar. Sahani also mentioned that the party has decided to contest elections in 60 seats.
