Tata’s upcoming Sierra is poised to be a significant addition to the brand’s refreshed lineup. The SUV, which was presented at the Bharat Mobility Expo, showcases a modern design while paying homage to the original Sierra ICE. The launch is planned for the second half of fiscal year 2025-26. Initially intended as an EV, the new Sierra will be launched with an internal combustion engine. Design highlights include substantial A and B pillars, a floating roofline, and a revised front fascia. Inside, the Sierra will incorporate a central touchscreen infotainment system, a new 4-spoke steering wheel, and a layered interior design. It is expected to include features such as a panoramic sunroof, wireless audio capabilities, Apple CarPlay, connected car technology, voice-enabled features, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Potential engine options comprise a 1.5-liter T-GDI engine and a 1.5-liter diesel engine.
