Kedar Yadav, a leader from the Bhagwanpur block, organized a birthday party in a pond in Kiratpur Rajaram village. A boat was used for the celebration, complete with a cake. While attempting to cut the cake on the boat, it became unbalanced, and Yadav fell into the water. The water was not deep, so he was unharmed. The celebration continued with another cake. Kedar Yadav is known for his unusual methods of celebration, often involving public displays and unconventional rituals.
