The arrested woman is identified as Muskaan, while her lover, Junaid, is still being sought by authorities. Senior police officers stated that the children, Arhan and Enaya, were discovered dead in their home. The investigation uncovered Muskaan’s role in the deaths, and she later admitted to poisoning the children.
