The central government is intensifying its efforts to eliminate Naxalism across India, with a particular focus on Chhattisgarh. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced that anti-Naxal operations will be carried out with full vigor, including during the monsoon season. He highlighted the swift action taken by the Chhattisgarh government, led by Vishnu Deo Sai and Home Minister Vijay Sharma, to accelerate the operations. Shah urged Naxalites to surrender, pointing out the benefits of the government’s surrender policy and the assistance available for rehabilitation. Furthermore, the foundation for the National Forensic Science University and Central Forensic Lab was laid in Nava Raipur, and the ‘iHub’ initiative was launched to support startups. This initiative aims to provide technical and financial aid to the youth. Shah urged the youth of Chhattisgarh to come forward and take a leading role in the state’s industrial growth.
