Director Health, Information Education Communication Bureau Mr. Vasant Kurre stated that these orders have been issued earlier. He stated that directions have been issued in sequence of the order handed by the High Court Jabalpur concerning displaying the therapy charges of Kovid-19 on the reception counters in clinics and nursing properties in November 2020. Director Shri Kurre stated that the order issued by the Health Department to make sure compliance beneath the provisions of clauses (5) and 5 (1) of Schedule-2 of the Registry and License Rules-1997, referring to Clinics Establishment and Nursing Homes.
