Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri’s Janata Darbar provided instant relief to a citizen whose land mutation had been stuck for 13 years. Srikant Tiwari, a retired individual from the Pollution Control Board, approached the Darbar seeking help with the mutation of his 07-decimal land in Tupuudana Mouza, Namkum Anchal, a process he had been pursuing since 2012. After examining the documents, the Deputy Commissioner immediately contacted the Namkum Anchal Officer and instructed him to complete the mutation. The entire procedure was completed within a remarkable 10 minutes. Overjoyed, Mr. Tiwari expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri for their decisive action.
