Promotions are approved for state police officers from the 2005-2009 batches, with new positions created to accommodate them. A joint venture will be formed with PanIIT to empower marginalized communities through skill development and rural entrepreneurship. Amendments to the Motor Vehicles Taxation Act have been approved to address accidents and pollution concerns, coupled with allowing vehicle owners to transfer their chosen registration numbers to new vehicles. Amendments to the land revenue code and the Kushabhau Thakre Journalism and Mass Communication University Act were also approved to improve governance.
