In a recent hearing concerning a petition against the normalization process in assistant professor recruitment, the Jharkhand High Court has issued key directives. The court has ordered the JSSC to reserve 100 positions for para teachers and 14 for non-para teachers. Moreover, the JSSC has been asked to bring clear directives from the commission for the next hearing. The bench was presided over by Justice Deepak Roshan. The next hearing for this case is scheduled for August 5.
