News from Bhagalpur, Bihar, reports a tragic incident where a DJ van overturned into a ditch in the Shahkund area. The accident resulted in the deaths of five Kanwariyas, while four others were injured. The van was carrying nine people at the time of the incident. Reports indicate that the van came into contact with an electrical wire before losing control and plunging into a ditch. Sadly, five individuals died after being trapped under the vehicle. Some passengers managed to escape.
The injured were rushed to the Shahkund Community Health Center. The van was transporting Kanwariyas from Sultanganj to Jyeshthgaur Nath. The incident occurred near Mahto Sthan on the Sultanganj main road, within the jurisdiction of the Shahkund police station.
