2027 AI Impact: Ex-Google Executive Predicts Significant Middle-Class Job Losses

Former Google executive Mo Gawdat, during a recent appearance on the ‘Diary of a CEO’ podcast, shared his predictions that AI-powered automation will cause the elimination of numerous professional positions, including those of chief executives, software engineers, and podcasters. Gawdat’s projection is that this disruption could become noticeable starting in 2027, which he has termed as ‘hell before heaven’.
