The electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla is set to launch its third showroom in India, marking a significant expansion of its presence in the country. The new showroom will be located in Gurugram, following previous launches in Delhi and Mumbai. Tesla India Motor & Energy Private Limited has secured a lease agreement for a commercial space at Orchid Business Park on Sohna Road. The leased area spans approximately 51,000 square feet, and the initial monthly rent is set at ₹40.17 lakhs for a nine-year period. This location is slated to function as a service center, warehouse, and retail outlet, utilizing a chargeable area of 33,475 square feet. The lease, which started on July 15, 2025, includes a provision for an annual rental increase of 4.75%, mirroring the terms of its Mumbai lease.
