Marking World Tribal Day, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren paid tribute to his late father, Shibu Soren, and vowed to carry forward his vision. He acknowledged the contributions of the tribal community’s valiant forefathers. Soren reflected that his father’s guidance and ideals would remain a constant source of inspiration. He underscored that the tribal community has shown humankind how to live harmoniously with nature and achieve a fulfilling life. He noted the significance of World Tribal Day in celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the tribal society and providing opportunities for global recognition of their talents. The Chief Minister also mentioned that he followed traditional rituals with his family on the fifth day of his father’s traditional funeral ceremony.
