The event aligns with government schemes such as PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and e-NAM, which aim to provide financial aid and online trading opportunities for farmers. The festival, originating 18 years ago, has expanded from a regional exhibition to a national event. It featured a wide variety of mangoes, farmer sessions, and awards, with notable participation from Union ministers, MPs, and other prominent figures. The festival included a millet-focused community lunch to promote the government’s ‘Shree Anna’ movement.
