A viral video from Jaynagar, Madhubani district in Bihar, reveals a troubling situation where a coaching instructor is accused of inappropriate conduct with a student. The incident has led to a police investigation and the filing of an FIR based on the victim’s account.
The student has stated that the instructor, Rakesh Yadav, subjected her to unwanted attention and harassment. She also accused Kuldeep Singh, the landlord of the coaching center, and his friend Sonu Chodhary of harassing her. She revealed that Singh and Chodhary instructed her to make a video of the instructor, intending to use it for blackmail and extort 20 lakh rupees. They issued threats to her life to ensure her compliance. Due to these threats, the victim recorded the video of the instructor.
Kuldeep Singh is accused of disseminating the video, causing the victim significant emotional trauma. Alongside charges against the accused, legal action is being pursued against those who spread the video on social media and YouTube. The police are currently seeking to arrest the involved individuals, including the coaching instructor, the landlord, and his associate.
