South Delhi Superstarz secured a convincing 46-run victory over Purani Dilli 6 in a DPL 2025 match, largely due to Sumit Beniwal’s outstanding bowling display. Beniwal’s pace and control were key, as he took five wickets to derail Purani Dilli 6’s pursuit of 184. Beniwal’s spell, combined with Abhishek Khandelwal’s 4-wicket haul, put Purani Dilli 6 under immense pressure early on, leaving them reeling at 28 for 6. Ekansh Dobal was the only bright spot for Purani Dilli 6, scoring a half-century. Earlier, South Delhi Superstarz had built a competitive total, with Anmol Sharma scoring a composed 50, supported by Ankur Kaushik. Vision Panchal added a quick 27 later in the innings to boost the total. Purani Dilli 6’s bowlers, Lalit Yadav and Rajneesh Dadar, each took three wickets.
