In anticipation of the Teeja festival, the railway has implemented special measures to benefit female passengers. A fast MEMU train is set to operate between Raipur and Anuppur on August 24 and August 28. Furthermore, a Teeja Festival MEMU train will run between Raipur and Tadoqi on August 25 and 29. The intention is to provide a safe and convenient travel option for women during the festival, when a rise in the number of passengers is expected throughout the state. By introducing these extra trains, the railway aims to lessen the congestion and improve the travel experience for passengers. Train number 06803 will depart from Raipur at 4:50 AM.
