Reliance is preparing to update the JioHotstar app with several AI-powered features. The upgrades include Riya, a voice assistant designed to simplify content discovery; a voice cloning service called Voice Print that translates content into local languages with the original actors’ voices; JioLenZ, which adapts viewing angles to the screen; and MaxView 3.0, which offers features such as live scorecards, instant highlights and multiple language and camera options. Akash Ambani noted that the new features will offer a more immersive, intuitive, and action-oriented viewing experience. The official launch date for these features is yet to be announced.
