    Good News for Businesses: Commercial Gas Cylinder Prices Slashed

    Oil marketing companies have announced a price reduction for LPG gas cylinders, bringing good news to consumers. Prices have been reduced by up to 51 rupees. The decrease applies exclusively to 19-kilogram commercial gas cylinders.

    With this latest change, the price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder in Delhi will be 1580 rupees. Previously, the price in Delhi was 1631.50 rupees. The new prices are effective from today, September 1st.

    The price adjustments concern commercial LPG gas cylinders. The price of the 19-kilogram commercial LPG gas cylinder has been reduced by 51.50 rupees starting today. The retail selling price for a 19-kilogram commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi will be 1580 rupees from September 1st. There is no change in the prices of 14.2-kilogram domestic cylinders.

    Since the start of 2025, prices for 19-kilogram commercial gas cylinders have mostly decreased, except in March. There was a 14.50-rupee reduction on January 1st and a further 7-rupee reduction in February.

    However, prices increased by 6 rupees in March. Subsequently, a substantial reduction of 41 rupees was implemented for commercial gas cylinders on April 1st. Further reductions of 14 rupees on May 1st and 24 rupees on June 1st were also put in place. A major reduction of 58.50 rupees for commercial gas cylinders came into effect on July 1st, followed by a 33.50-rupee reduction on August 1st. Another round of price cuts has been announced.
