Moto Morini has announced price reductions on its Seiemmezzo models, with cuts reaching up to ₹91,000. The price adjustments apply to both the Retro Street and Scrambler versions. The Moto Morini Seiemmezzo Retro Street 650 and Scrambler are now available at an ex-showroom price of ₹4.29 lakh. The two models are essentially identical except for cosmetic details: the Scrambler features wire-spoke wheels, while the Retro Street has alloy wheels.
These price cuts are a second wave of reductions for the Seiemmezzo models this year. Previously, the Seiemmezzo 650 Retro Street was priced at ₹6.99 lakh, and the 650 Scrambler at ₹7.10 lakh. Earlier in the year, prices were reduced by ₹2 lakh, bringing them down to ₹4.99 lakh and ₹5.20 lakh, respectively. These measures are designed to make the motorcycles more accessible to a wider audience.
The price reductions are timed before the implementation of revised GST rates. The new GST structure will impose a 40% tax on two-wheelers with an engine capacity greater than 350cc. Moto Morini expects that the prices of both models will increase by up to ₹33,000 following the implementation of the updated GST rates, effective from September 22, 2025.
Additionally, Moto Morini is offering a range of festive benefits, including flexible loan terms, EMI options, and financing covering up to 95% of the loan amount.
The Seiemmezzo 650 is powered by a 649cc parallel-twin engine that delivers 55 bhp and 54 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The price reductions have made these motorcycles more competitive in the market, bringing them closer in price to other popular models such as the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and the Benelli 650.
The Seiemmezzo 650 motorcycles are distributed in India by Adishwar Auto Ride India (AARI). AARI also manages several other brands, including Benelli, Keeway, Moto Morini, Zontes, and QJ Motor. AARI, a part of the Mahavir Group, operates over 60 dealerships and serves over 20,000 customers nationwide.
