A recent anti-Naxal operation in Chhattisgarh’s Gariyaband district led to the neutralization of ten Naxals. The deceased included Manoj alias Modem Balkrishna, a central committee member of the CPI (Maoist) organization. The encounter occurred in the Bhaludiigi hill area.
