A delegation from the Jharkhand IAS Officers Wives Association (JESOWA) met with Chief Minister Hemant Soren and MLA Kalpana Soren on Friday to extend an invitation. The invitation was for them and their families to attend the Diwali Mela. The fair is set to take place at Morhabadi Maidan in Ranchi from October 9th to October 13th. The delegation provided the Chief Minister and MLA Soren with details about the different events planned during the five-day Diwali Mela. Furthermore, the JESOWA members informed the Chief Minister about their social welfare programs and activities. The delegation consisted of Preeti Kumari (President), Manu Jha (Secretary), Shivani Singh (Treasurer), Ranjana Kumar, and Jyoti Manju.
