Raipur, Bilaspur is going to become the first municipal corporation in the state where citizens will now be able to avail the benefits of most services from home through smart chatbots. Bilaspur Municipal Corporation is taking a big step towards Digital India by starting WhatsApp-based chatbot service. Through this, people will be able to get information and payment of property tax, building permission, complaint registration, birth-death certificate facilities in a few minutes.
*How Smart Chatbot Will Work*
Using this chatbot will be very easy. For this, the corporation will issue a special WhatsApp number 91 88157 82574. After saving that number in the mobile, one has to send a message by just writing hand or Namaste. In response to this, an automated reply will come, in which there will be a list of various services. Citizens will be able to complete the process by choosing the option according to their need. This chatbot will work on the lines of AI and Meta. The corporation will also publicize this information through its website and social media, so that more and more people can take advantage of it.
*Swachh Ward Challenge in Bilaspur: Will get a reward of Rs 10 lakh*
In the efforts being made by Bilaspur Municipal Corporation to keep the city clean and bring it to the first position in the country, taking a step further, the Swachh Ward Challenge competition is being started. The announcement to start this competition was made by Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development Tokhan Sahu. Under this challenge, a survey of all the wards will be conducted every month, the ward which will be the cleanest, will meet the standards of cleanliness, will be given an additional grant of Rs 10 lakh as a reward for development works. This time in the Bilaspur Municipal Corporation area, the Swachh Durgotsav Pandal competition will also be started on the lines of Swachh Ganesh Pandal, in which the cleanest Durga Pandal will be awarded first, second and third place.
