A ‘Namo Yuva Run’ marathon was organized in Raipur by the Department of Sports and Youth Welfare to promote a healthy and drug-free India. The event saw enthusiastic participation from the youth. The run, which commenced from Telibandha Talab and concluded at Subhash Stadium, was part of a larger initiative taking place in 75 cities across the country. Deputy Chief Minister and Sports Minister Arun Sao flagged off the marathon, emphasizing the importance of a fit and drug-free youth. Sao highlighted that the government is working to empower youth through various schemes and programs, and urged participants to pledge to contribute to a healthy and drug-free India.
