Citroen Aircross X Engine and Basalt X Overview

The Citroen Aircross X will retain the standard model’s powertrain setup, ensuring no changes in power and torque output. It will be powered by a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated turbocharged petrol engine. Transmission options will include a five-speed manual gearbox, a six-speed manual unit, and a six-speed automatic unit, depending on the variant. Recently, Citroen launched the Basalt X, available in mid-spec and top-spec trims. The Basalt X features an updated exterior design, a new cabin theme, and advanced features, including ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, and cruise control. The Basalt X is available with two engine choices: a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol and a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine, with a starting price of 795,000 rupees.
