A man in Sitamarhi, Bihar, is facing legal consequences after the court discovered he submitted a forged document. Rahman Mian attempted to protect his son by presenting a fraudulent school transfer certificate to the court, falsely claiming his son was a minor. The court determined his actions as deceitful.
Rahman Mian, a resident of Bhulli in the Parsauni police station area, now has an FIR filed against him. His son, Firoz, is implicated in a case with an existing FIR at the Mahila Thana, Sitamarhi. Rahman attempted to use the fabricated school transfer certificate to his son’s advantage.
The Juvenile Justice Board examined the evidence and determined the certificate was not authentic. This discovery led to the board’s order for an FIR against the father. The fabricated school transfer certificate was presented to the Juvenile Justice Board, but during the hearing, it was found to be false. Following the board’s instructions, a clerk filed an FIR at the Dumra police station.
The FIR accuses Rahman Mian of attempting to prove his son’s minority. He presented a document claiming to be a school transfer certificate from a Parsauni block middle school. The headmaster of the middle school testified before the board, clarifying the facts. The headmaster confirmed that Firoz had never been a student at their school, and the certificate presented was entirely fake and not issued by the school.
