The Department of Industry hosted a dialogue session with investors in Delhi to highlight the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025 (BIPP-2025). Key participants included Industry Minister Nitish Mishra, Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh, and BIADA Managing Director Shri Kundan Kumar. Mihir Kumar Singh presented the policy framework, covering investment incentives such as free land allocation and financial benefits. He emphasized the package’s role in attracting investors. Nitish Mishra praised the BIPP-2025, highlighting its potential to attract investment, create new jobs, and make Bihar a leader in the industrial sector. BIADA Managing Director Shri Kundan Kumar highlighted the package’s contribution to job creation and economic growth. The BIPP-2025 is designed to reshape Bihar’s industrial landscape through free land, financial incentives, and a strong business environment, building on the prior BIADA Amnesty Policy 2025.
