An incident involving a trainer aircraft took place at Amreli Airport in Gujarat on Sunday afternoon. A single-seater aircraft went off the runway while landing, but the trainee pilot onboard was unharmed. The aircraft is used by a private aviation academy that operates from the Amreli airport. After landing, the trainer aircraft veered off the runway, entering the unpaved section. The reasons for this are currently unknown. While the aircraft did incur some damage, the pilot was fortunate to escape without injury. Civil aviation authorities will conduct a full investigation into the event.
