US Gas Station Shooting Claims Life of Hyderabad Student

In Dallas, Texas, a student from Hyderabad, India, named Chandrashekar Pole, was killed in a shooting at a gas station. The incident occurred last night, and the police are currently searching for the shooter. Pole, 27, held a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from Hyderabad. He had moved to the United States in 2023 to pursue higher education and had completed his master’s degree six months prior to the shooting. He was working part-time at the gas station while looking for a full-time position. The family of the deceased has requested help from the Indian government to bring his body back to India.
