Raipur, October 28, 2025 / On the occasion of State Foundation Day 2025, grand Rajyotsav programs will be organized at all district headquarters of the state. State ministers, MPs, and MLAs will attend the programs organized at district headquarters as chief guests. The state government has announced the names of the chief guests for each district.
According to the list released by the state government, Dr. Raman Singh, Speaker of the Assembly, will be the chief guest at the Rajyotsav program organized at Rajnandgaon district headquarters, and Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam will be the chief guest in Surguja. Similarly, Shri Tokhan Sahu, Union Minister of State, will be the chief guest at Bilaspur district headquarters, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao in Bastar, and Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma at Durg district headquarters Rajyotsav program.
Similarly, Minister Shri Dayaldas Baghel in Gariaband, Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap in Dantewada, Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Dewangan in Korba, Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal in Jashpur, and Minister Shri O.P. Chaudhary in Raigarh will attend as chief guests. Minister श्रीमती Laxmi Rajwade in Surajpur, Minister Shri Tankram Ram Verma in Janjgir-Champa, Minister Shri Gajendra Yadav in Balod, Minister Shri Rajesh Agarwal in Koriya, and Minister Shri Guru Khushwant Saheb in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki will be the chief guests at the Rajyotsav program organized at the district headquarters.
MP Shri Brijmohan Agrawal in Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, MP Shri Vijay Baghel in Bemetara, MP Shri Santosh Pandey in Kabirdham, MP Shri Chintamani Maharaj in Balrampur-Ramanujganj, MP Smt. Rupkumari Choudhary in Mahasamund, MP Shri Radheshyam Rathia in Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, MP Smt. Kamlesh Jangde in Sakti, MP Shri Mahesh Kashyap in Bijapur, MP Shri Bhojraj Nag in Kanker, and MP Shri Devendra Pratap Singh in Khairagarh-Gandai-Khujidan will be the chief guests at the Rajyotsav program organized at the district headquarters.
Meanwhile, MLA Shri Punnu Lal Mohle in Mungeli district, MLA Shri Dharamlal Kaushik in Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, MLA Shri Ajay Chandrakar in Dhamtari, MLA Smt. Renuka Singh in Manendragarh-Chirimiri-Bharatpur, MLA Ms. Lata Usendi in Kondagaon, MLA Shri Vikram Usendi in Narayanpur, and MLA Shri Kiran Dev in Sukma district will grace the occasion as chief guests at the Rajyotsav program organized at the district headquarters.
On the occasion of State Foundation Day, cultural programs, folk dances, handicraft exhibitions, tableaux of local products, and stalls related to developmental schemes will be set up in all districts. The Rajyotsav programs will be organized in a dignified manner with public participation and traditional pride, so that the message of the state’s culture, development, and unity can be disseminated throughout the state.
