Action taken for absence and not providing explanation
Raipur, November 15, 2025/ Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society Maryad. Ganiyari has terminated the service of the Society In-charge, Ganiyari Shri Kaushal Verma with immediate effect due to serious indiscipline.
The society had earlier instructed Shri Verma to be present in the office immediately as public interest related important work was being affected. A show cause notice was also issued earlier. Despite this, he neither marked his attendance in the office nor submitted a written reply.
His continuous absence affected essential works related to paddy procurement preparation, Rabi loan distribution, fertilizer-seed distribution and public distribution system in the society, which the society considered contrary to the wider public interest and serious misconduct.
As per the decision of the board meeting held today, action has been taken under service rules and an order has been issued to immediately remove Shri Verma from the post of Society In-charge.
