    Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren and MLA Smt. Kalpana Soren participated in the Flag Off program of campaign vehicles operated by the Department of Information and Public Relations for public awareness on the occasion of the glorious 25th year of the state’s establishment.

    ★ Celebrating 25 glorious years of Jharkhand, the beginning of a new chapter of development, Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren flagged off the campaign vehicles.

    ★ 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda and the state’s Silver Jubilee – A journey from struggle to empowerment, an occasion of pride and inspiration for the tribal-indigenous society.

    On the occasion of the glorious 25th year of the state’s establishment, a “Flag Off program” of campaign vehicles operated by the Department of Information and Public Relations for public awareness was organized today at the Chief Minister’s residential campus. Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren and MLA Smt. Kalpana Soren flagged off the campaign vehicles. These campaign vehicles will travel to all districts, blocks, and villages of the state to disseminate information about Jharkhand’s achievements over the past 25 years, public welfare schemes, and development works to the general public. Through these vehicles, youth, women, farmers, and all sections of society will be inspired to participate in the state’s integrated development.

    On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren extended his best wishes to all the state residents on the Silver Jubilee and said that this 25-year journey is a saga of Jharkhand’s self-pride and progress. He said that the government is continuously working to further accelerate the pace of the vision with which this state was formed. The Chief Minister further added that along with the Silver Jubilee, we will also celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, which is an occasion of pride and inspiration for the tribal-indigenous society of Jharkhand.

    A glimpse of Jharkhand’s rich culture, tradition, and local folk culture

    During the program, captivating glimpses of Jharkhand’s diverse culture, traditions, and prosperity were presented. Traditional folk dances, folk songs, and the melodious tunes of Jharkhandi musical instruments brought the program to life. Various groups associated with the state’s art, culture, and folk life highlighted the message of Jharkhand’s cultural heritage and unity through their performances. On this occasion, local folk artists, including the Santali band from Dumka, gave captivating performances.

    On this occasion, Chief Secretary Shri Avinash Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi Shri Manjunath Bhajantri, Director of the Department of Information and Public Relations Shri Rajiv Lochan Bakshi, along with officials from the Public Relations Department and other senior officials were present.
