A powerful anti-child marriage campaign unfolded in Chianki Panchayat, Medininagar, spearheaded by the students of Kanya High School. Through a vibrant street play at the Panchayat Secretariat, these young advocates vividly depicted the harms of child marriage. The event also included a pledge ceremony where parents committed to not marrying off their daughters before 18. Chianki Mukhiya Binco Oraon emphasized the importance of collective action to eradicate this social menace and urged parents to prioritize their daughters’ education, enabling them to achieve higher positions and serve society effectively.
