Raipur, December 5, 2025/Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that the complete eradication of Naxalism, which has been the biggest obstacle in the state’s development, is now becoming a reality. This success is a collective result of the strong leadership of the double-engine government, the clear policy of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, and the courage, valor, and unwavering resolve of our brave security forces.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Naxalism is in its final phase today, and this is a historic achievement for Chhattisgarh. He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah have a clear resolve to completely eradicate Naxalism from the entire country by March 31, 2026, and this resolve is now visibly materializing on the ground.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that with the end of Naxal violence, a strong foundation of peace and stability is being established in the entire Chhattisgarh, including Bastar. In areas that have been deprived of development for years, new dimensions of roads, education, health, communication, tourism, and livelihood are now rapidly opening up. He said, “Bastar is now on the path of change, and in the coming years, the Ganges of development will flow there.”

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai expressed confidence that with the combined strength of the state government’s commitment, the central government’s guidance, and the courage of the security forces, Chhattisgarh will not only be free from Naxalism but will also emerge as a leader among the best developing states in the country. He said that this new Chhattisgarh is moving forward on the mantra of peace, prosperity, trust, and development.
