Ranchi, December 21st – As the Second International Meditation Day was observed, a new yoga book, “Yoga in a Glance,” had its revised edition launched. The event saw the Union Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, officially releasing the book authored by Dr. Parineeta Singh and Dr. Archana Kumari at his home. Dr. Singh mentioned this is their fourth book focused on yoga, with previous titles including “Yoga in a Glance,” “Abhyasam,” and “Traditional Yoga.” She emphasized the book’s role in celebrating Indian culture and heritage. The authors have ensured that “Yoga in a Glance” is suitable and beneficial for readers of all ages. Dr. Archana Kumari added that the book strives to present yogic knowledge in a theoretical format, using simple terms that are easy for anyone to grasp. This commitment to clarity aims to demystify yoga for a wider audience.
