In Giridih, BJP workers paid homage to the late Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, on his birth anniversary. Vajpayee, born in Gwalior in 1924, was recognized for his extraordinary capabilities as a leader, orator, poet, and administrator. The assembly recalled his major contributions, including the historic Pokhran nuclear tests, the expansive Golden Quadrilateral project, the impactful Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, and a principled foreign policy. The concept of good governance championed by Vajpayee remains a cornerstone for public service and administration. Sav concluded by stating that Vajpayee’s vision established a unique governance framework that embraced cultural nationalism, guiding India’s transformation into a nuclear power. This vision is central to India’s ambition to achieve its goal of a developed nation by 2047.
