To address the long-standing budget constraints faced by national sports bodies, the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has implemented a major grant escalation. Each association will now benefit from increased financial support to cover operational costs and specialized coaching. The IOA has also introduced stricter audit mechanisms to ensure transparency in how these newly allocated funds are utilized for athlete welfare.
