Srishti Kiran, the 13-year-old Bengaluru dynamo, has completed a hat-trick of ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors J30 titles by winning the girls’ singles in Huamantla, Mexico. In a tense final, she defeated local hope Herman 6-4, 6-4, showcasing poise beyond her years and solidifying her status as India’s next tennis phenom.

The semi-final was the highlight of her grit: trailing 2-4 to 16-year-old Mexican Miranda Sofia Escamilla Morales, Srishti flipped the script with 10 unanswered games for a decisive 6-4, 6-0 win. Her aggressive baseline play and unerring serve kept opponents at bay throughout the event.

Trained initially at Bengaluru’s KSLTA, Srishti’s international breakthrough arrived in 2025 with a singles and doubles sweep at the Dominican Republic’s ITF J30. Paired with Bahamian Brayna Howellgrave, they toppled the British duo of Jessica Morrison and Eva Moss in doubles.

Fresh from captaining India to its first ATF Under-12 Girls Team Championship in 2023 unbeaten, her talents earned her a spot at the RPS Academy in Florida under Gabe Jaramillo. This latest conquest in Mexico highlights her adaptability and hunger for success.

With each victory, Srishti Kiran is not just winning matches—she’s building a legacy that could redefine Indian tennis on the world map.
