Adani Group’s cement powerhouse ACC Limited dazzled investors with Q3 FY 2025-26 results: net profit after tax leaped 346% to Rs 380 crore year-over-year. Total income rose 22% to Rs 6,483 crore, fueled by peak cement despatches in the October-December period.

Exchange disclosures revealed production of 11.3 million tonnes, a 15% uptick, marking the highest sales in company history. Such figures reflect ACC’s adept handling of surging demand from housing, roads, and urban projects.

‘Another quarter of solid execution,’ affirmed Director and CEO Vinod Bahroliya. Premium cement sales, trade momentum, and RMX scaling delivered premium pricing and outpaced industry averages, cementing ACC’s leadership.

Central to the narrative is the Ambuja Cements merger, birthing the ‘One Cement Platform.’ This strategic fusion will turbocharge growth, optimize processes, trim expenses, and fortify the balance sheet long-term. Post-approvals, it unlocks synergies in every operational facet.

An Rs 50 crore hit from updated labor codes—tied to gratuity and leave obligations since November 2025—was absorbed without derailing plans. ACC and its parent are laser-focused on cost levers, aiming for Rs 3,650 per tonne by FY28 under the new structure.

New facilities at Salai Banwa (2.4 MTPA) and Kalamboli (1 MTPA) near completion for FY26 Q4 start. ACC Gold and similar premiums shine brightly, with trade/premium volumes ensuring pricing resilience ahead.

Heartfelt nods to the ecosystem: 100,000+ dealers/retailers and 700,000+ masons/contractors who embody Adani Cement’s strength. RMX flourished too, adding 14 sites for a network of 117 plants in 45 cities.

ACC’s Q3 narrative is one of triumph and vision, ready to capitalize on India’s capex cycle.
