A pivotal meeting unfolded in Lucknow where filmmaker Vinod Chaudhary, creator of ‘Godaan’, presented the trailer to CM Yogi Adityanath. The occasion spotlighted UP’s trailblazing cow protection drive, rooted in cultural sanctity and scientific validation of cow products.
Launching February 6 nationwide, ‘Godaan’ transcends cinema, documenting cow reverence, panchgavya’s health revolution, and communal duty. Chaudhary hailed Yogi’s era: immediate smuggler crackdowns, 7,500 shelters erected, 1.2 million cattle rescued, and district committees empowered.
‘Yogi’s vision made UP the cow protection vanguard,’ Chaudhary declared. He lamented youth apathy—cows milked then discarded, evading personal responsibility. ‘Cows are mothers, nourishing society like human moms; dismissing them reveals beastly mindsets.’
The film delves into panchgavya’s ‘panch parivartan’—fivefold human upliftment—scientifically portraying cow contact’s therapeutic effects on mental health, hypertension, and ailments.
Attendees included Shantanu Shukla, Dr. Kapil Tyagi of Yatharth Hospital, and Naval Kishore. Chaudhary sought tax-free status, insisting ‘Godaan’ educates across castes, faiths, and ages, from schoolkids to elders.
Shyam Bihari Gupta, Goseva Commission chair, affirmed cows’ blessings for ecology and life, praising Yogi’s unmatched provisions. This encounter signals a cultural resurgence, with ‘Godaan’ poised to inspire nationwide cow care revival.
